Retail purchases

Shipping within India

A. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
B. We ship from our head office in Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh, India.
C. We use the most reliable courier services to deliver your purchase at your doorstep in India.
D. Your order will be processed within 48–72 hours of confirmation. The estimated time for delivery within India is 7–10 days.
E. Once your purchase is shipped, the status of your order will change. You can then make a note of the third-party courier vendor and the consignment/tracking number from the “My Orders” section of your account.
F. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.
G. If the customer is dissatisfied with the product(s) delivered then he/she needs to mail us at ecommerce@womenweave.org within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product. Beyond that, complaints related to the purchase will not be entertained.
H. We do NOT issue refunds on retail purchases within India. In case you are dissatisfied with the product, you will have first reach out to our customer service office at +91 8319321789 or write to us at ecommerce@womenweave.org and explain the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will then be asked to return the product(s) to our address in Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh. The product(s) must NOT be damaged, modified or altered in any manner. Once we receive the product(s), the same is approved by our team to be in good condition, we will initiate the product replacement procedure for you, wherein you will be able either to purchase another unit of the same product(s), or to make another alternate purchase of the same value as the returned product(s).
I. Shipping charges on all replacement orders will be borne by us, if the value of the replacement product(s) is the same as that of the returned product(s). If the value of the former exceeds that of the latter, the additional shipping charges (over and above the allowed limit) will have to be paid by the customer.

    E. Once your purchase is shipped, the status of your order will change. You can then make a note of the tracking number from the “My Orders” section of your account.
    F. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.

    vii. Return of products:

    B. This has to be done within 10 days of receipt of the product(s). Beyond that, complaints related to the purchase will not be entertained.

    D. Once we receive the product(s), the same is approved by our team to be in good condition, we will initiate the refund procedure for you, and the commensurate refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
    E. If during inspection of the returned product(s), our team concludes that the product(s) have been damaged, modified or otherwise altered in any form or manner, no refund will be issued. The product(s) will then be shipped back to you after we receive the shipping charges in our account. The final decision regarding the condition of the returned product(s) lies solely with us.

    iv. Your order will be processed within 6 working days after confirmation. The estimated time for delivery outside India is 10–14 days.
    v. Once your purchase is shipped, the status of your order will change. You can then make a note of the tracking number from the “My Orders” section of your account.
    vi. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.
    vii. Return of products:
